Tandemhas again been named “Best of the Best” by the PSN* manager database in its Five Star Category** for U.S. Large Cap Core portfolio managers. This is the second consecutive quarter Tandem has attained PSN’s highest ranking for this category. The Five Star ranking is bestowed by PSN upon managers ranking among the 10 best nationally for consistently superior performance and less risk relative to their peer group. The “Best of the Best” title is then awarded to the manager with the best three-year return. Tandem was honored for its Large Cap Core Style.

• Sorted by the top 10 returns for the latest 3 year period
• Best return for the latest three year period is named “Best of the Best”.

Tandem's Large Cap Core style has once again been honored by PS, being named "Best of the Best" in their Five-Star category for Domestic Large Cap Core managers for the period ended March 31, 2010. This recognition goes to the manager with the best 3 year performance among the Top Guns after demonstrating the following achievements:

• Returns greater than the benchmark for the 3 most recent rolling 3 year periods.
• Standard Deviation for the most recent 5 years equal to or less than the median Standard Deviation of peers.
• R-squared greater than 0.80 for the most recent 5 year period
• Sorted by the top 10 returns for the latest 3 year period
• Best return for the latest three year period is named “Best of the Best”.

Tandem begins offering a MidCap Core Style similar to our Equity Style.

PSN has again recognized Tandem as among the 10 best Large Cap Core managers in its Database. Only this time, we were honored twice - for both our Equity Income and Tax-Deferred Equity Styles. We are pleased to enjoy two styles among the 10 best for the most recent 4 quarters ended 3/31/2009. Our Tax-Deferred Equity style is not yet 3 years old, but Equity Income is. And it was ranked among the Top 10 for the 3 years ended 3/31/2009 as well.

PSN once again honors Tandem's Equity Income style as a Top Gun for Large Cap Core Equity. For the quarter, 1 year and 3 year times periods ended December 31, 2008, PSN ranks Tandem Equity Income as one of the 10 best in this category. In addittion, PSN conferred Top Gun status upon Equity Income for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2008 in the Domsetic Core Univer Equity Income space.
